What is wellbeing?
Our wellbeing is often described as body, mind and spirit being in a state of alignment - a great feeling and place to be. However for a lot of people, this state of being is a challenge. We are busy, tired, stressed, worried and sometimes stuck in a routine that holds no meaning.
Your path to wellbeing will be unique to you but there are small steps that can be taken and approaches that can be explored to help you achieve a greater state of balance and contentment.
My practice through yoga, meditation and life coaching focuses on a person centred approach - encouraging people to listen to their body more, be more compassionate towards themselves and feel empowered to explore what they really need and tap into their greatest and most amazing resource - them self.
