Physical, mental and emotional wellbeing is important to living a long and healthy life. Meditation has been used in its many forms for thousands of years, particularly in the Eastern world, to help bring balance and unity to both body and mind. More recently, the practice and benefits of meditation have spread further across the Western world with research demonstrating the positive benefits to our health and wellbeing.
I am a fully qualified meditation teacher, completing my training with The British School of Meditation. I also have a committed meditation practice
