I qualified as a Yoga teacher in 2015, training in Zen Yoga with Daizan Skinner. The training was life changing and I will always be grateful for the experience and opportunity. I have also explored and undertaken retreats with various Scaravelli inspired teachers such as Diane Long, Bill Wood and John Stirk. All amazing and inspirational people.
The yoga practice I offer works with the body, breath and mind to create greater wellbeing, present moment awareness and a deeper sense of connection. It doesn’t focus on a ‘style’ so much as offers the opportunity to explore what our bodies can do, how we feel and how we can let go of any tension we may be holding onto.
I encourage people to go at their own pace, listen and pay attention to their bodies and allow themselves to turn inwards - using practice as a form of meditative movement to explore feeling, flexibility, strength, and relaxation.
